This Winnie the Pooh cookie jar is so special to me. My aunt Becky bought it years ago for my grandmother when I was very young. I remember eating many cookies out of this jar growing up. Grandma had given the cookie jar back to my aunt quite a few years ago & I’m sure my cousins ate their fair share of cookies out of it too. Then in 2004, just before my first niece was born, Becky had my name for Christmas and she gave Winnie to me. She said that I needed it now that I was going to be an aunt! It was the best Christmas present ever. So, Winnie sits in my kitchen and I can’t help but smile every time I see him staring back at me. Silly old bear.
