* a white Christmas *

For the first time since I’ve lived in Georgia, we had a white Christmas! In fact, all the news stories claim it was the first one in about a century. It started out just as a rainy early morning but the temps dropped and everything was covered in snow! Absolutely loved it. We used to live just outside of Chicago so white Christmases were no stranger. Actually, we had a white Easter a time or 2 while up there (another reason I won’t move back North). But the snow this year was such a treat! The kids loved it and it really made the holiday complete.

And here are the kiddos, anxiously awaiting their first presents to be handed out by Popps. So cute. The afternoon & evening were perfect: family, food, laughter, A Christmas Story, and plenty of fun. We are truly blessed.
